Good question! Unlike other agencies, we actually provide unlimited revisions during the design and build phase which means you can request as many changes as you want until you are 100% satisfied with the final website.

We've streamlined our web design process to cut down on delivery time but not quality. For our 1-page website package, it can be ready to launch in under a week, our standard package typically takes less than 2 weeks, the Pro package usually takes less than 3 weeks, and our Service Elite package typically takes less than a month. Also keep in mind that we work with you and make sure that you are happy with the design, so turn-around time also depends on how fast you can give feedback on the examples we send you.

Our web design packages are a one-time fee. You simply pay for the package you want, and we'll get to work. Services such as hosting, management and SEO are paid on a month-to-month basis, however you may be able to get a discount if you pay 6-months or a year in advance.

We've made the web design process as easy as possible for our customers. First, we'll gather your business information, check out your competitors and view any other websites that you like. Next, we'll plan out the pages and design the home page and show it to you to make sure you like the design. After that, we make any changes that you request, once you are happy, we'll design and build the remainder of the website and let you request more changes. After we optimize it, we allow you to test drive it and experience it how a customer would. Once you are happy, we'll connect your domain and launch the website.
